Very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut Pauh Jaya. When we arrived, there was no staff present to attend to us. After waiting and ringing the bell at the cashier, then only one staff member came out and handed us a QR code to order. While waiting for our food, we were disturbed by loud shouting and laughter from the kitchen area. It was unprofessional and very irritating. Several tables still had uncleared glasses from previous customers, showing a clear lack of cleanliness and attention. The overall atmosphere reflected poor discipline, low responsibility, and an unprofessional attitude from the staff.
