Bad staff attitude, bought a cake and asked if could write on cake, a simple wording with happy birthday and name. Staff A said can and asked staff B to write. But Staff B, in the duration of 8-10mins from taking up the task to completing it, had said "MY HANDWRITING IS UGLY EH" very loud for 7-8 times.
