Summary: Not worth trying and the worst service ever.

All the negative comments below are surprisingly true. Food is cold and nothing special. The staffs are very very very rude especially one young guy and the cashier "ladyboss". First of all they are not attentive, no staff to check your mysejahtera & arrange table. Once you get a table, the male staff will take his own sweet time to clean the table and then pass you your cutleries without washing his hands first. Poor hygienic here. Not to mention him spraying unknown sanitization liquid on customer when disinfecting the table with a tidak apa attitude. Do not expect any service here, you can only order food if the staff attend to you, so merely depend on your luck. We walked up to the counter but the ladyboss told us to wait for the staffs. So we waited aka 等运到. After endless times of waving & calling & trying to get eye contact with them, the staff came with cold food and only allow you to order food within their section (etc. dimsum/ fry food/steam pao). One of the staff told us they are lack of manpower, but the lady boss just sit there playing her handphone all this while. Even when paying bill, the cashier just handle with single hand and no eye contact and saying thank you or whatsoever. For anyone planning to visit, I sincerely hope you will not encounter what happened to...

SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE... The aunty staff and the boss is so rude.. If you have not enough staff working to serve customer, please tell the customer properly to wait is not yell to the customer that you have not enough staff. That's your problem not the customer problem.. if you can't fullfil to serve the customer please do self service. You ask the customer to sit and wait when they walk near to the food station. When the customer sit down there's no one to serve them.. Not only my family, others customer also facing the same problem.. You wrote the dining time limit is 50mins, wait for your service already 20mins, left 30 mins to eat.. There's is no different to eat in normal coffee shop.. Your food is expensive compare to other nearby dimsum shop, and it taste so bad.. The radish cake texture is soggy and so oily.. The food is totally different from another outlet at Bandar...

This place opened in 2017 and I can confidently announce that this is one of the best Dim Sum places in Bercham, The place is very famous for it's special Siu Maai （燒賣 ） in Cantonese, this is because of it's great taste in the mouth, when you bite it, the juice from the Siu Maai would burst into the iconic flavor we all know and love, couple this with traditional Chinese Pu'er tea （普洱茶）and you will experience an authentic Cantonese Dim Sum experience, for all this, the price is reasonable.

Another Cantonese delicacy is the Fried Carrot Cake (萝卜糕) Lo Bak Gao in Cantonese. The taste is known as 咸香 (Hamn Heong) in Cantonese, which means the taste is salty but the smell is pleasing. The price of this is also reasonable. Without a doubt this place is recommended to those who love eating...
