D Wok Restoran Ipoh — Restaurant in Perak

The staffs are all very friendly and easy to approach. Would spent almost 10 minutes just following our instructions (bringing bday cake, taking our photos). The atmosphere also nice for chilling out with friends or family. The only downside is some of the food especially the famous "Mee Terbang". The presentation is great but the taste is only 1/5 for me. Need more seasoning. I'm not sure if the taste has always been like that or there's some mistakes when preparing our orders. Other food is okay-ish. I ordered nasi ayam Hainan (3.5/5) myself and it's very rich in herbs just like the Chinese style. Not the typical one that being sold on the street. Ayam kut teh also rich in seasoning for those who likes Chinese style cuisine. A bit too much seasoning but it's tolerable and delicious. The fried chicken is tasty there's some special taste to it(?)

Sorry @izan abdullah, Saya juga salah seorang customer yg ada malam semalam. Awk dan org2 awk datang bukan dlm satu masa yg sama. Saya rasa hampir 40-50 org jugak dan itu bukan jumlah yg sikit.

Awk order makanan pun set yg berbeza. Saya tak pasti awk reserved meja sahaja atau dah order sekali dgn menu yg awk nak. If awk datang ramai2 macamtu pada masa yg berbeza dan baru nak order makanan, of course pihak restoran mengambil masa utk siapkan semua order.

Kita as customer pun perlu ada common sense Ms. Saya kesian tngok staff2 kluar masuk utk setelkan awk punya order. Awk sndiri nak order secara manual dan staff perlu key in semula dalam post system. Dengan awk tukar meja tanpa inform pada staff floor, bila staff salah hantar order awk marahkan staff. Restoran ni ada post system Ms, kalau awk tukar meja, staff juga perlu tukar meja dlm post system tapi awk tukar meja awk tak inform pada staff.

Bagi saya semua staff restoran dah pun buat yg terbaik untuk customer. Dan masih ada customer lain yg datang yg perlu mereka layan. Bukan awk 40 org je yg datang semalam. Saya perhati je tindak tanduk awk. Saya nak makan pun rasa terganggu sebab awk buat kecoh. Ada diantara awk yg sampai paling lambat, saya rasa dalam pukul 9:40pm mcmtu tapi org awk tu jugak lah yang paling kecoh dan nak makanan sampai cepat. Kalau kita boleh tolak ansur dan faham tugas pihak restoran, semuanya akan baik2 sahaja dan saya pasti semua akan dapat makanan dgn sebaiknya.

Apa2 pun all the best pada pihak restoran dan staff, makanan semua sedap. In Shaa Allah next time saya akan repeat...

Excellent taste and come with priceless memories…flying mee in ipoh…really it is flying😅 they have menu for kids too..try their juice coz it aill be served in a bamboo container…THANKS and COMPLEMENTS to their waiter on 30/12/2023 around 6:30pm…excellent explainantion on the food plus if u have any seafood to be avoided related to health..me...
