OLDTOWN White Coffee @ Jalan Kuala Kangsar — Restaurant in Perak

This place needs a manager... Walk in first smell i got hit in the face was baby milk sour smell and vomit..( find it and. fix it!!! Dun treat ur customer like sH1t... We paying you!!! You dun wan run this place just close it DOWN!! ) what is goin' on... Come on la... Dun put the whole old town white coffee ☕ name to shame... The Kaya butter toast...not sure if it's margerine or butter.. suspect not butter....but they call it butter Kaya toast.. the so called butter does not melt... Dun cheat ur customer la... People now know wat the diff is with butter and margarine ok ..if profit no margin. Sun sell jus take it off the menu.. Margarine is the no..1 cause of heart attack with bad cholesterol.... Dun save money and endanger ur customer health.!!

The kai see got fun .. sooooo tasteless...n the chicken cut against the grain not with..so hard and rough.. aiyoooo wat happen last time sooo good the taste ..now jus a making money machine... But...

To eat I must first go through the hurdle to become a member? And even sign up for an ewallet? Excuse me Oldtown management, most food outlet gave us a choice to eat without the hassle of signing up as a member.

There is no need to be obnoxious.

Made my complain against signing up for the account trouble and thankfully the staff was able to take my order from the counter. Only to later find out certain food cannot be ordered because it needs to be ordered from your digital menu which I need to sign up for????

This is truly uncalled for. Thought I was coming in for a hassle free meal, but it was the opposite.

The only plus point, at least your staff was decent enough to put on a mask when...

I was working on my laptop at mentioned outlet with a drink and a snack. Suddenly this Chinese man (just to clarify the person not racist) barges into the outlet and walks to the drink counter and STARTS SHOUTING regarding sales and costing. I believe he must be someone of the higher ranking but REALLY BARBARIC with his 3 quarter pants and t shirt and slippers SHOUTING all over the outlet at all the staff regarding everything. I understand it is a slow moving outlet but at least do not shout like a barbarian and disturb other paying customers. SUCH BARBARIC CHARACTERISTICS. Even a mamak shop boss has better manners than this.

I am terribly disappointed. It's like we customers...
