Marrybrown Gunung Lang — Restaurant in Perak

Worst Marrybrown branch I've ever visited. When it was my turn to order, he asked, "Nak apa?". Like seriously, bro? I'm paying for my meals and your freaking services. We waited 45 minutes for three burgers, but there weren't many customers. Only one family was there, and they also received their dinner. When I asked for my order after 30 minutes, they said "Tengah buat, tunggu!" in a disrespectful manner. There are no friendly faces among the workers. I've worked in food and beverage for a few years and know how exhausting it can be, but it doesn't mean you should be disrespectful to customers. If you are unable to be friendly to consumers, please do not work in food...

The service is so slow.

How can others who ordered later than me, get their food prepared and served first.

The drink packaging is terrible.

My ice lemon tea was not properly closed / sealed, and it ended up spill out. Luckily the drink was wrapped with a plastic.

If not, my desk will be all wet.

Just terrible, and the food was cold too.

And the price was not cheap, felt like wasted my monies.

I walked into this Marrybrown outlet by chance last week and found the staff here absolutely great with their service with a smile.

I am back here again and today I have the pleasure of meeting Miss Najwa who was excellent in every way. Always service with a smile and very patient with me taking my time to order.
