I would like to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your outlet. I placed a takeaway order for a 15-piece chicken bundle set for a family gathering, but upon arriving home, I discovered that two pieces were missing. Upon inspecting the order with the outlet manager, Nezlin, I was surprised to find that she had been placed back the counting chickens inside the warmer, alongside the ready-to-serve pieces. This not only reflects poorly on the accuracy of your service but also raises concerns about hygiene and customer care.

Additionally, when I approached the outlet manager for assistance, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. The manager failed to handle the situation properly, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. Although the manager eventually replaced the missing chicken, it was done with little more than a simple apology.

I hope that KFC management will look into this matter and take appropriate action to prevent further...

Disappointed!!
