Nothing wrong with the food but the service needs to be improved. We waited patiently for our food and tried to be positive when we noticed customers coming in later have received their food but we haven't even had our drinks. After 45 mins of waiting, we asked. We overheard the staff saying to the other staff 'resit tak keluar'. What we're very disappointed about is, the cashier/manager did not apologize or act sorry even after confronted. One friendly staff did apologize when we were leaving and we thank her for that. In conclusion, do send your staff for a much needed customer service training. Oh, and maybe go back to the original service of eat first, pay later. At least if the service is bad, customers may have the option to leave. Just my two...

Poor services. Asking trainee to take order but waited 45 minutes and they didn't send the food to us even they are ready at the counter. Waiters/waitresses serves other customers who came later than us.We already remind other waiter for this matter but he cant seems to bother it. Reason given is that they can't handle so many customers.At the time we took order obviously there was only a few tables occupied and some already finished eating. They can't even bother to ask us since we already sitting there with empty table for so long?

Please guide ur trainees to take order properly and i wont go this poorly managed restaurant...
