VERY BAD! THE CASHIER MAKE ME PAID TWICE BECAUSE OF HER MISTAKE AND DIDN'T CHECK.. AND THEN SHE SAID I WILL GET THE REFUND IN FEW DAYS.. AFTER I FILED COMPLAINT SHE CALLED AND SAID SHE'S SORRY AND I'LL GET THE REFUND IN 14 WORKING DAYS.. SHE ALSO SAID THAT IF I STILL HAVEN'T GOT REFUND WITHIN THAT CERTAIN DATE I CAN JUST CONTACT HER.. NOW HAVE BEEN MORE THAN 15 WORKING DAYS, AND STILL DON'T GET THE REFUND..WHEN I MESSAGE THE CASHIER, SHE SAID "OH, I'VE ALREADY RESIGNED. YOU CAN CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK".. I'VE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND HAVEN'T GOT REPLY.. HOW CAN A BIG COMPANY, DIDN'T REFUND A SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY AND EVEN DECIDE TO JUST AVOID REPLYING TO CUSTOMER.. I understand working at a F&B shop with minimum wage is hard, but there is NO excuse to not be polite.
We work in customer service industry, we know how hard it can be. But being a little bit friendly goes a long way. It won't kill you.
But being rude WILL kill the business. Especially when it's the staffs doing it.
This is the kind of behaviour that ruins Baker's Cottage reputation.
