I would like to give a big round of applause to Azilah for her excellent service (Soru Station Petaling Jaya-upper level on 26 Nov 2024 ). Azilah assisted me when the menu item I ordered, Smoky Mushroom Chicken Grill, ran out of mushroom gravy. She promptly approached me and offered an alternative—black pepper gravy. However, since I preferred mushroom sauce, she went above and beyond by providing a creamy mushroom gravy as a replacement. Additionally, when the food was served, she not only delivered the meal but also thoughtfully offered another serving of black pepper gravy to mix with the creamy mushroom sauce. I tried the combination, and it was absolutely delicious! Azilah even followed up with me later to check how the meal tasted, which I truly appreciated. Drinks didn't even came and i had to go to the kitchen downstairs and asked for it. The food ordering online system was bad and my order didn't go through. On top of that, the restaurant demanded rm50 for booking fee to book a table and min pax was 12 if was less than that deposit will be burned. Which restaurant has this system? Rubbish! And i made my payment 15 mins later and was told that my slot is pushed to later due to my payment was late. And when i arrived at 8 the table was empty. Such a bad service. ABSENCE Staff is not around the counter or taking a break when i attempt to make payment over the counter and payment is done without POS is registered.
SLOW Grill chicken is served quickly but unfortunately the beverage is not served until the meal is finished!! The beverage was placed on top of the bar counter until I walked over the counter and self redeem the sweetcorn lattee after makan-ed!
