I have been coming here since it started. I’d always order the burgers, especially the Shack signature. But, once in a while, I crave the classic dog, and I was feeling it today.

I don’t know how other outlets cook their dogs but, I vividly remember, they used to cook/grill the dog on the grill. Then again, I have not ordered the dog in so long. Today, I was surprised to find out that the worker cooks the dog in the microwave?!!! Not just the dog but the bread as well, at least he can toast it on the grill, not??!!! It’s a set with Fries and Drink, sure, but a microwave classic dog for RM20?!!! Not worth it. I wonder what happened to their quality?

Other than that though, the vibe and service are okay. To Fuel Shack please consider this even though it’s not a big issue. Although your franchise is technically a “fast food” company, please at least cook it properly to ensure the best quality and experience for...
