If you are Asian, you rate based on taste and price. This would be 4 stars because ambience, service and presentation are not important if the taste is good.

Very noisy but air conditioned and comfortable. Not the best service but acceptable.

Dim sum here is quite acceptable. Won't say it is fantastic but I wasn't expecting much. In KL, it is very hard to find good dimsum except at high end restaurants. Since i am such a peasant, I can only afford this and I wasn't expecting much (Ipoh has better dimsum) and this place didn't disappoint.

Can even pay by Grab. Is it pricey?, Not really compared to other places but I am not saying cheap. It is cheaper to eat charp farn. I would gladly try another place in KL with better dimsum at a...

Busy during weekday lunch. Many waiting staff hence quick svr. Over 20 tables of various sitting capacity. Neat, clean air cond dining. Simple standard 2 large cardboard size menu. Self tick choices for ordering. Traditional choice of siew mai paste with prawns bits. Hair kaw a must try juicy crunchy yet sweet prawns. Enjoy natural flavour/texture/sweetnes of each dish without dipping into taucheor or chili sauce. Chee cheong fund is silk smooth with a non spicy chili paste. Lightly fried cake cake in bite sizes. Soft light yam cake with char siew ingredients. Quality tea served as color doesn't darken during 2nd hot tea refill....

Air conditioned dimsum restaurant, staff was very attentive and washed the plates and cutlery in hot water for us.

Ordered the pan fried carrot cake, century egg and pork porridge, scallop + prawn salted egg fried dumpling. Total of around MYR40.

The taste of all 3 dishes were decent, value for the money. However I did see the staff microwaving something, it seems like the carrot cake was pre-fried and heated up before serving. Taste of the porridge was great, slightly thick and gooey, not so much meat inside, but tasted good. All in all, probably would eat if I'm hungry but wouldn't crave this....
