The service here is okay but can further improve. What I don't understand is their chicken pieces are not of the standard size. I have asked the counter staff about this and it is always the same, that is, what they give is what you get. I have not taken any pictures but on my next visit I will do so. The different in size is very glaring. Is this one of KFC way of cutting corners?. I normally take two pieces and would be full. But, with the smaller sizes, four. I hope KFC will look into this as it affects quality.
Two years later, I made an order using the KFC app. My order was made at 12.56 pm for self collect at the counter at 3pm. At 3.01 pm I arrived to collect and my order was not even seen yet. They were more interested in doing the online delivery. There was only one staff at the counter, a local who could only speak in his Kelantan or Trengganu dialect. Even if he spoke to me in Bahasa Melayu I could have easily understood. My order was two dinner plates and two Durian pies. No drinks. He took awhile to prepare my dinner plates and just left it there. Another staff asked him what was holding my order and he just mumbled something. The staff then told me I had to wait 5 minutes because my pies were just put in the oven. Finally at 3.15 pm I received my order. When I got home I found the following issues :-
My message to QSR Stores is if you want to guarantee taste and size do it at the point of preparation and not when the customer takes it home and find out that it has ruined their meal. If we eat in we can complain but not when we have reached home. Also, make sure your frenchisee holder have capable people to run the outlet. To me customer service is their lowest priority. Had make order early about 5:45pm through thier apps for pick up on 7pm. When 7:10pm my wife arrived and parked at the desinated parking space (Pandu ambil) hoping thier stuff will bring out the food i've ordered (btw status is ready to pick up shown on their app). About 5min waited my wife got suspicious of them had not prepared the food she went in and aproach the counter and told by thier worker had not received the order. And ask my wife to wait until they sorted it out, (even with the payment and order proof provided). Only after about 10 min later when they recovered the proof from their system they willing to prepare the food for us. Read moreI had ordered delivery, the KFC apps show need to wait about 30-40min, however we been waiting for more than 50min then it's shown at apps there my meals was delivered.... Wtf? So I called customer care support, the operator said that she will check with branch manager and ask him/her to contact me, but ....after 20min I been waiting for a call, I called again CCS about I didn't receive any call from branch manager that U mention... Then the operator help me remind him/her again to call me to check where is my meal! But same result... No call, after 15min my meal was arrived and I found that the beverage that I ordered was ice Milo (add on rm3) I just get coke! I called again CCS, she help me do complaint reports, and ask manager to call me, but same result, no call at all
I would like to ask branch manager from BSD who on duty (1/2/2025) about either your phone spoil? Out of credit? Or been barred? And cause U can't contact your customer and giving some explanation?
