Would recommend parking in their lower floor parking and taking the stairs (from ground floor to first floor, there is an escalator) if you can but if cannot, the elevator is located to the right (right side from where your car is entering). Free parking if you spend i think RM 100 or something at their star grocer downstairs at the ground floor. The restaurant is located at the end of the right side once you come off the escalator (past konnichiwa). They have outdoor and indoor seating and when I was eating there on a public holiday, lots of families came with their kids. Would not recommend the table in the middle of the corridor closest to the door inside the restaurant for people avoiding the heat. Overheard a family moved their table because that table was too hot. We were seated at a table further inside and felt fine.
You can order meats from the display cabinet at the beginning and/or from the chalk board behind the counter. They have a selection of beef, chicken, and pork and you can also order seafood pasta (unfortunate that you cant see the finished dish). You can take a look at their drink menu once you're seated and order then.
We ordered the sesame chicken, the iberico pork belly and some fries. We also ordered tiramisu and sticky date pudding. Lol, the sesame chicken looked so much better than my pork belly but my pork belly, although looked plain and simple, the taste was GOOD. It came with some sort of raisin apple/peach relish???? And i think garlic pesto. Ate each bite of my pork belly (except thr first bite) with some of the relish? And the garlic pesto sauce. (Question marks because I have NO idea what it was but it went very well with the fatty pork belly). Would recommend the dish to people who like the fatty parts of pork. The chicken was not too dry and well marinated and seasoned. The fries were good though it would have been better with some sort of dipping sauce like a garlic aleoli or something.
The dessert. Now the dessert absolutely stole the show. The tiramisu came with candied peanuts that you can add yourself (it came in a small container. Only wish they gave more...). The tiramisu wasnt too creamy and had a good balance between the cream and the coffee soaked finger pastry. Not my cup of tea personally. The sticky date pudding was more my style. Oh, I would order 2 if I could. It wasnt exactly sticky and moist but the pudding cake was filled with a date and caramel taste. Would recommend for caramel lovers. The heat of the pudding cake went well with the chill of...
Read moreThe food in my humble opinion, is pretty damn underwhelming. It makes me wonder if they have had those "rate us 5-star and get a free dessert' or bots that leave good review.
Edit : ok I saw a review saying you'll get free drinks if you leave a good review. I see why this place have such good rating!
April 2025 I don't understand why the server can't lead us to the table to be seated first? Do you need 10 ppl standing at the entrance to take order? You've lost me at the first point of contact. Let me give you some tips for good service, If you see there's a large group, isn't it a smarter move to say... 'Hi guys, here's your table, please have a seat. Once you're ready, the menu is up front at the deli area, and you can order with me. OR 'Is this your first time dining with us? Yes, first time? Ok, so we actually don't have a physical menu and the only menu is written on the wall here. I'll bring you to your table first, once you're ready, you can come and take a look at the menu and I'll take your order.'
All the staff are ever so robotic. Have some flexibility, from the lady taking the order, to the cheese wheel boy, we were told by the lady that took our order that the boy was about to prepare the cheese wheel pasta and if we wanted to watch we can go now, that's why we went over. Once he is done, he just literally walked past us like that's not our pasta??? He walked right past us and brought it to the table without uttering a single word. While we were standing in front of him, we asked questions, but he just acts like he don't understand English. If you can't communicate, don't do cheese wheel pasta stunt in public, just do it in the close kitchen. To the 2-3 staff sitting at the inner dining tables sleeping - WHUT? Such an eyesaw.
Back to the food - the mushroom + bacon soup, bacon bits were burnt and overcooked. It's hard, not even crispy if that's what you're trying to achieve. They used the same overcooked bacon bits for the portobello mushroom. Portobello mushroom still have some water in it when cut into or bite into it. Idk - hungry BEAST, but portion kecik meow, the serving size can be looked into. We definitely have had better bratwurst in euro deli. Scotch egg - why is it drench in liquid? The pork shoulder and bacon steak was decent. Rm8 water is tasty and thirst...

First of all, staffs are not well trained, not knowledgeable, not friendly. Totally lost me at the entrance while waiting for my turn to pick from the deli area. Staff did not greet at all, instead the first word was, do you have a reservation? Instantly made me felt uncomfortable as if I am not welcome. At least welcome the guests first? Proper manners? When it comes to introducing the protein, your staff pointed at the meat and literally introduced me, this is pork, this is beef, while I was waiting for more elaboration, everyone stunned and stared at each other, after 5 seconds then I realised pork and beef is that 2 words your staff can introduce? At least get to know what is the guest’s preference today? What would you recommend? On top of that, after ordering for the protein, I’ve asked the staff if there’s any coleslaw options available? He asked me if I want slow cook, I said “no, cole-slawww..something like salad?” He stunned n told me he got salad. Asked him what’s in lemon poppy salad, he literally told me lemon with salad, sour taste. Left me so confused and disappointed, I then decided not to go with sides any more.
Coming to the food, the pork shoulder was extremely greasy, fat, undercooked. Every bite makes you re-think about the choice of why stepping into this place. Please see in the photos, the cut of this pork shoulder is just terrible. If you want to sell your protein at this price range, people are also expecting quality assurances from your store. A 40 over ringgit pork shoulder with almost half of it are fats, not edible fats. Meat is not even properly cooked. Pink and raw in the inside, meat is not juicy but greasy. Please don’t do this kind of con job, upsetting the eaters and jeopardising your name over a simple piece of meat.
Lastly, the noise level in the restaurant is just unbearable. I was seated at a 2 person table and I can’t even hear my partner’s voice. It’s already so noisy and some-more with the music in the background, just a...
