I had weird experience at this Mcd. I ordered set of Crispy Chicken Mc Muffin with EGG.
We waited longer than expected, even client came later than us got the food first. Nvm maybe we ordered from the app, they dont prioritize order from app or maybe overlok my order.
When the order came, my burgers both came with no Eggs. 1 of the burger has been eaten 1 bite by me and only realized it the burger came without egg, my friend reminded me we ordered with eggs. So I request the eggs from the counter, the lady staff (red circle) offered me new burger that I ordered, I feel relieved and calmed. After few second, the male staff (yellow circle) came to me and requested to give back the burger that I have bite, in order to exchange the new burger.
I was wondering you rather throw away the burger that I had eatan a bite instead of leave it to me to finish it? Actually what is your intention of wasting food, is it you have a very kuat dengki inside your blood? So hati busuk.
Imagine that you leave the burger to us, first u already pampered us easily with just a burger for your late service and order mistakes. Case solved, everyone happy. Now you did this action, you got this bad review, you got wasted food karma. So rather you chose to lose loss situation instead?
As businessman point of view, it is a blessed that if I have staff like the lady staff (red circle) which solve the case so smoothly, I will definitely wont be hiring people like the male staff (red circle). Habis la if my business have staff all like the male staff, basic hospitality also don’t know.
You must remember, u late order, mistake order. Now u make us more pissed with...

Now I'm at another drive-through in Petronas NKVE. It wasn't busy, so I drove in and placed my order. I specifically asked for a thigh and drumstick, and the cashier said okay. However, she didn't ask whether I wanted spicy or regular. When I received my order, it turned out to be spicy. I asked for it to be changed, and after the change, I checked again, only to find that I was given wings and breast meat instead. If I hadn't checked, I wouldn't have known.
No one cared to inform me of anything, just expecting me to take whatever was handed to me. If I had been informed beforehand, it wouldn't have been such an unpleasant visit. It really shows a lack of basic human decency.
A week back, I went to the drive-through at Pearl Point around 9:30 pm. I was in a rush and needed to get food quickly. Although there was a short line, I still drove in and placed my order. When it was my turn, I was asked to wait on the side without any explanation, so I sat in the car and waited patiently. After approximately 20 minutes, I went to the window to ask, only to find out that they had just started frying the food and it was almost ready.
They could have told me that the food wasn't ready. No one cared enough to say anything. And here I thought it was supposed to be a place...
Read moreThis is about personal experience sharing: I visited around 3:56am and saw a few workers gathered, likely due to the lull in customers. As I approached, a male staff member (judged from attires color with red top, should be working at the front counter) told me the place was closed - which surprised me, as I knew they operated 24 hours. When I pointed that out, he turned away and ignored me. A female staff member (judged from attires color with grey collar top, should be working at the kitchen station) then clarified they reopen at 4am. I checked my watch - it was 3:58am and said I’d wait.
The customer service left much to be desired. I later found out they take a break from 3am to 4am, which is fine, but it would’ve made a big difference to be informed politely and clearly. A little courtesy goes a long way - don’t risk turning customers away with poor...
