Ara Damansara Parks is truly a gem hidden within the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur. As an avid nature lover, I can confidently say that this park is one of the best I have come across in this area. First and foremost, the park's well-maintained and picturesque landscape immediately caught my attention. Lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and tall trees provide a tranquil atmosphere that allows visitors to momentarily escape the city's chaos. Walking through the park, I couldn't help but notice the meticulously landscaped gardens and well-groomed lawns, showcasing the effort put into maintaining this haven of nature. Furthermore, Ara Damansara Parks offers a variety of facilities that cater to a wide range of interests. Fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of the jogging tracks and outdoor exercise stations, providing an excellent opportunity to break a sweat while enjoying the fresh air. Families and children will appreciate the well-designed and safe playgrounds scattered throughout the park, ensuring hours of fun-filled activities. Additionally, for those seeking a quiet spot for relaxation, the park provides numerous benches and pavilions where one can sit back and unwind. One aspect that truly sets Ara Damansara Parks apart is its commitment to environmental sustainability. The park encourages recycling through strategically placed recycling bins, ensuring waste reduction and creating an eco-conscious environment. Along with this, the park has implemented proper waste management systems, keeping the premises clean and inviting for all visitors. Safety is another area where Ara Damansara Parks excels. The park is well-lit, making it safe for evening strolls or early morning workouts. Security personnel are present, providing a sense of comfort and ensuring visitors' well-being. Lastly, the park's convenient location stands out as a bonus. Situated near residential areas and commercial hubs, Ara Damansara Parks is easily accessible, making it the perfect spot for outdoor activities, picnics, and peaceful moments amidst nature. In conclusion, Ara Damansara Parks is a true sanctuary for nature enthusiasts, families, and fitness enthusiasts alike. With its beautiful landscape, diverse facilities, commitment to sustainability, and emphasis on safety, it stands out as one of the finest parks in Kuala Lumpur. Whether you seek solitude, fitness, or simply a break from the urban hustle and bustle, Ara Damansara Parks is the perfect destination to rejuvenate in the lap of nature.

***Due to CMO 2.0 they have closed this park from 13/01/2021 to 26/01/2021(attached notice pic for reference) No entry fee at all. Moderately big one and you find walkers from 6AM to 7 PM. Lot of greenery and fresh air. It has a pond where sign says no swimming and fishing yet i saw few people fish many times. Pond is not a clean one and water comes from adjucent housing rain water and all those get pass through this park. There are some oil traces found on walking tracks(ref pics). Some lovely lotus flowers you can spot if you are visiting in correct season. It has out door gym, but few of them are broken but still it helps to warm up your body. It has play ground with basketball court and badminton court. And lot of kids practice and utilising at its best. It has playground for kids(few swings and sliding) so a recreational place for family with kids of all ages. (It's under renovation now) There are few resting places with seating. Some are under roof and some seating is out door. And one of these indoor seating one place they have chess board in floor so all you need to carry is your chess ♟️ to play. We usually go in evening but this time we went in morning and it was so pleasent with less crowded and we spotted few Kingfisher birds and a snail trying to claimb the dustbin. The only thing I feel this park is lacking is washrooms. Because this park has everything for a family to spent sometime but having washrooms makes it more accommodating for families. It's free, greenery, outdoor gym, kids play area, walking track and a pond. What else we need in a park in these concrete jungle. A ****(4/5) for this

This place looks pretty small from the entrance but opens up into a long park with a lotus pond, bridge and play ground. The path is somewhat slippery after rain with patches of green moss. Otherwise it is pretty well maintained Update end October 2021: the park has been recently refurbished with repaving of some sections of the path with less slippery surfaces and hope they will pave over the rest of the pink pathways. The broken bridge has been repaired and many facilities have received a new coat of paint. This makes Ara Damansara Park an even more pleasant place to visit for a morning walk. Good work by MBPJ

Just okay. Worth a visit if you are in the area and it's not too hot. Despite what some websites say, this park is not dog friendly, and there are signboards here indicating that. I wouldn't bring my dog here either because a lot of sections are infested by nasty ants, and also because a lot of Malays frequent the park. Not to mention the mosque opposite. Take your furkids to 1 Utama Park or Desa Park City instead, or there is a new potential dog park at Taman Komuniti Kelana Jaya. Check out the list on my profile.

After your morning walk there are a row of shoplots nearby offering decent coffee and breakfast/brunch/mixed rice, either at the cafe or kopitiams. Or you could head to the happening(more at night) Citta Mall for some other options, including a McDonald's and some pretty good Thai food. There used to be a Ara Damansara Eco Park in this area as well, but it was closed down for upgrading sometime ago and might have...
