This place offer a variety of items ranging from dessert to refreshing drinks at a cheap price. My fav go to is the boba sundae, very much recommended. I’m satisfied with the customer service here. This outlet is usually packed with customers especially on friday. The toilet is nice, comfortable for customers to use. There’s also free wifi here which makes the place better. Two flaws about this place is first only one wall outlet works but there are many wall outlets so this is a problem for customers looking to recharge their electronic devices, the second flaw is there are too much boxes inside the store that takes up a lot of space at the seats. Terrible customer service! One of the staffs was rude. She wasn’t the cashier but suddenly interrupted. I was making a common request—something I’ve done countless times before without issue. But eh out of sudden, she said it's not allowed. Went to another branch afterwards, and guess what? No issues at all—of course no issue since we pay for the add on. Seems like she imposed her self-proclaimed authority like she owns the shop, while she is merely an employee tasked with serving customers. My friend and I ordered the same drink but got different cup lids. Mine was sealed tight, hers came with a dome lid that’s easier to stir. When I asked the staff, instead of apologizing, she asked, “Oh, did you ask just now?”

You should know your SOP, don’t push it back on the customer. Then she offered to tear the seal, which means her finger would touch my drink and ice cream. I tried doing it myself but gave up because it got messy. No apology, no proper solution. So...
