New Wave Sungai Buloh — Hotel in Petaling Jaya

Don't always took for granted with this New wave hotel Damansara Damai ,online cause there are blind worker online even no properly training , they are selfish at reception always customer was get scolded althought spend money around give troubles among them in the same times , i was thinking like to complaint to the boss , the indian stuff looking very bad manner even we are took a break not appreaciated on the past afford , i am not taking advantge cause the wifi , even not there everywhere have wifi simply drop by ... because nature networking Atomy Malaysia on my way sometime every 2 weeks or month will be there , or some lottery games past by even a few time he is rude , i was outside he came and talk to me again something mentality over flavour on his night shift , for his own race he say nothing even free mineral water free for non stuff family members staying over night , since one of them old folks was my membership, just like to share seek how to gone throught he do nothing on my behalf to move on together and said he is the boss near hotel , looking too much over whelming keep commplaint in front of others freedom even created stories saying we over timing staying there when his mentality worse and bring victim said the boss not happy during sitting the broken old sofa , always asking money pay their wifi , i was surprise why this stuff so much ignorance..even last week he asking my chinese mandarin orange i given , never saying a thank you , i did not pay them simply they will always annoying said am using his advantages keep him chat find my way for his wifi anyways we are in future client ..nonsense .i am steady wifi in mc Donald ..or anywahere i prefer still free those dobi shop , without any problem , the reason is sometime ago ...just because like to friend but other keep no respect ...very bad services ...we are Malaysia .. a little concern ...we have to change our atitutude on a little contribution when money is so important to make miss understanding ,is very worse part, how our society trying policies as a senior fellow. When i was there he simply smoke lets me out as reason ..too bad...

Me and my fam were scammed. The photos posted on the site looked good, but the room was not. A half dead cockroach was waiting for us just after we opened the door. And will never forget how the room smelled so bad and how they hung the curtain. I'm pretty sure it was a blanket instead of a curtain. The toilet bowl was full of tissues. The room was small as f. I also overheard a conversation between a newly arrived customer and how they asked "is there a bathtub?" Cuz the customer had a big fam and the staff lied n said "yes". The bathroom was small, an oversized person could not fit in it, idk how a bathtub can fit in there. Don't even think of...

Very bad place to stay,firstly the smell of smoke everywhere even in the mattress.I checking many room after I booked online but the owner help me to change the room to 3 bed after I paid extra 15rm ber night. The good thing about the place is it's infront through Mrt Damansara Damai Station you can hear the mrt from the room. Over all bad experience. The photos is about the single room but the video about the triple room...
