KFC Damansara Damai — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

It was so dissapointing. Actually we've been here before a few times and got the same bloody bad treatment. We even wrote a complain previously on KFC official website. Since that day, we never visit this KFC anymore until today when we decided to see if there is any change. We came to try the new cheezilla but they said the bun is out of stock after damn long queue at the counter. The staff should know since they got a new thing on the menu people will definitely going to come to try. They only open one counter eventhough it's a Saturday. Since we already queued, might as well order something. When ordering we specifically told that we want a thigh part for one of our chicken and been told we have to wait which we agreed and don't mind. When our number was called, our request was ignored. We got a different part and asked for it to be changed. The staff then made an annoyed facial expression which look like asking to be punch. He said need to wait another 5 more minutes and we said we don't mind. While we were enjoying the rest of the food, we noticed one of our drink was not what we asked. Checked the receipt to ensure we ordered correctly (which we doubt) and we were right, they screw up again. Had to came down to the counter and aske for a change. After all that, we still yet to get the thigh part we requested and our order of a loaded potato which we ordered prior to this. Around 20 mins later the part came sent by the same annoyed face guy and he said "nah..!" The fries that came together with the thigh was damn cold. At this point, we felt no point letting them know anymore. They were neither sincere doing the job they been paid nor showing any effort satisfying their customer. So yeah, if your life was too bright and need some dissapointment, feel free to come here. Or else, just eat whatever you mom or wife cook. If you don't have one, mamak shop is a way...

Fast food but need to wait almost 1 hours without any reason and the in charge person keep ignore us without give any answer for our question about waiting how many minutes Looks like their service very poor.Although we request cancel but didn't have any action keep continue ignore us when I waiting they keep asking us to wait but without give actual time when we can get it. Then we stand at here to wait almost 1 hour still don't have any respond. They keep cheat chat at side. We found that the person order before us also already...

Worst KFC of All the time award goes to this branch!!! I ordered in the app since 6pm eta ready time 6.23pm i reach there by 6.30+ 3 walk in customer done picking up the food and go they still got time to chitchat and ignoring my order and the only thing i asked is where is my food the Fxxking worker answer me using a rude way even i done picking up my food still can hear them saying LXnCiao LXnCiao if you all didn’t like your job Please quit no point to stay here wasting customer’s time anymore and Fxck you the staff...
