Tried the chicken dum biriyani, boneless Pakistani style(?) mutton handi, channa masala, and resimi chicken kebab. The biryani rice is super flavourful and tasty, but if more edible chicken meat had been available, it would be better but we had ribs and skinny drumsticks even if asked for chopped breast chicken parts. The mutton handi is quite expensive considering the amount of meat and its actual quality which has lots of gristles parts inside the handi, which wasn't thickened well, quite soupy, that goes like channa masala, which I find quite overly soupy too. I kinda like the resimi kebab, as it's lean though it's dry to some people. The naan along with the kebab came as the utterly last but it's way too thick like a doughy batter, which they should improve if they want to sell the set menu items with naan option over rice. The roti is on point as it's light and savoury. The staff is kind enough to let my husband try their Gajar halwa, which I know is undercooked, since's water content isn't evaporated completely but it tastes like soggy shredded boiled carrots in taste. I hope they would be able to complete it with desi ghee, the right amount of sugar and cardamom, and some cashews to sell to future customers. Had the mutton dum biryani, and it was absolutely fantastic! The rice was fragrant, perfectly cooked, and infused with rich, deep flavors. I recently visited here and had an amazing experience! I tried their butter chicken and biryani rice, and both were absolutely delicious—flavorful, tender, and perfectly spiced. Honestly, a 10/10! To top it off, the staff were incredibly kind and even treated us to a free dessert, which was a lovely surprise.
