Good service from this particular outlet but somehow Dato' Sim's franchise have lost its glitter. Victim of its own success perhaps? Fusion food from SR has lost its oompphh. Service wayyyyy too slow. Spend almost 40 mins just waiting to be served. Even managed to shop few things and finish other task and when i come back to the store, the writings on the cake still not done. Other staffs way too busy to be on the phone. One of the staffs have some language barrier and communication issues. The cashier taking way too long to process per orders. Ordered pan grilled dory w lobster sauce via grab food. My 1st time for SR food. Received with hot. I think I got attracted to the lobster sauce. Unfortunately, totally out of my expectation.
