Surprised with how this eatery gets 4 stars rating.

Ordered roasted whole chicken leg. And it came with a small portion of grill vegetables that's almost tasteless with some side salad. The roasted chicken has strong frozen chicken taste and it's NOT fresh. For that price, I could get a much more decent one from other food court and I've even tasted better and fresher roasted chicken from some supermarket.

Maybe they're known for their sandwiches but by the look of it, I would not recommend this place to my friends and definitely won't return.

While I understand that it's nice to tip the staff for the their service they offer (provided it's good). But for this restaurant, you have to queue up to make your order and they'd then serve you the food. So I'm not sure if this restaurant understand what "service charge" is supposed to be when they make their customer queue to order?

It's just strange you get this sort of practice by some food operators in Malaysia and most customers seem to have no qualm about this?!?! I spend a bit more than kopitiam for work lunch once in a while so I would expect this place to serve food that's better than the "regular" kopitiam but this is not the place that can deliver the food enjoyment I'd expect.

Sent a text asking about if self pk up is doable for next day order at 713pm, no reply and called the number stated on the auto watsapp reply, no pk up (no surprise here).. AI overpowered human beings so i still go ahead w the online order today around 8am. Dun seems to see the button or indication for SELF COLLECT option, turn out i got charged RM14 for shipping fee 0833AM AMALIA Responded to me saying i choose DELIVERY instead of SELF PK UP..? A Café That Truly Touched My Heart 💖 I’ve been to many cafés, but this one is truly special , it stole my heart the moment I walked in. The ambiance is calm, peaceful, and full of good vibes. It made me feel so relaxed and at ease, like a little escape from the outside world. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with such happy, positive energy. Their service was top-notch, and I really felt cared for.

Now, the food wow!❤️‍🔥, The Korean garlic bun was out of this world. Soft, fluffy bread filled with rich, cheesy goodness it reminded me of that creamy Hokkaido-style cheese. Every bite was heavenly. My green tea latte was also perfect smooth, balanced, and exactly my kind of taste. But what surprised me the most was the chai latte. OMG! It was made with real slices of fresh ginger, and that was a first for me. The warm, slightly spicy taste made me feel so good , comforting, healing, and absolutely delicious. It lifted my mood and made my day so much better.
