I'm sorry to say that I cannot recommend staying at Park 51 Boulevard's service apartments. Can say it was terrible. The rental price did not match the quality of the facility. It more like a low-end apartment rather than a service apartment.
One of the most concerning issues is the security situation. There used to be a barrier at the guardhouse, which added a layer of security. However, this barrier was removed recently, making it incredibly easy for anyone to enter the premises just by providing some basic information to the guard. This change has left me feeling very insecure about the safety of the place.
Another major inconvenience is the lack of separation between visitors and residents at the entrance. This means that every time I come home, I have to wait while visitors stop at the entrance to register, wasting my precious time. This could easily be improved with a separate lane or process for visitors.
The most shocking problem I've encountered is with the lift access cards. They have not been working for MONTHSSSS! Everyone can simply access any floor they want. It's unbelievable that this issue has persisted for such a long time without a resolution.
Next, the cleaning staff's practice of using the normal lift when disposing of rubbish is also a major concern. The odor from the rubbish is unbearable, and it affects the overall living experience. They should only use a dedicated lift for this purpose to ensure that residents don't have to endure such discomfort.

As a tenant with a valid season parking pass, I was unfairly penalized simply for briefly using the visitor parking. Without any prior warning, my season pass was abruptly cancelled and I was fined RM50. There was no proper notice, no clear signage, and no opportunity to explain.
Management claims rules were “announced,” but they were poorly communicated and hardly visible. It feels like residents are being punished instead of being informed.
The management here seems more focused on targeting residents' minor mistakes to profit from them, rather than managing and protecting the community. This reflects a mindset that prioritizes control and penalty over fairness and communication.
