There’s no proper menu, the staff just pass you his/her phone to look at the photos of food; which you will have to find ways to remember or to take pictures to order.

Majority of the staff don’t speak good English. Communication can be an issue; which has proven in more than a few occasions with my experience.

The staff are generally friendly, however there’s a lack of attentiveness (for F&B industry). Not able to provide any recommendations for food. There’s no ladles for soups for sharing; the tables not wiped/cleaned properly before serving dessert, just to name a few.

Lack of basic system to handle deposit. Patron has to remind the staff that deposit has been paid. This should have been captured in the system.

Food. It is Ok, though very heavy-handed on fish sauce. The spicy level can be a bit too much for my taste. Prawns were not fresh. All drinks seems to be too heavy handed on crushed ice. Portion is way too small for the price point.

Request of paying “deposit” for reservation. And they only accept 2 fixed slots for reservation - 6 and 8 pm. And felt rushed at the end of the hours, as they wanted to clear the table for next seatings.

All the above, just can’t justify the price tags, which makes it almost “blasphemous”. Perhaps if the food was great, maybe we could have looked pass the “fast-food chain” non-service culture. Yet, the food is just liken to any street food one get in Thailand; with the price point of good-grade restaurant. In fact, I would say that street food may taste slightly better. Rather disappointed, just all in all, pretty...

Good food and service, on the pricer side, availability might be an issue on weekends. I uploaded the full menu accurate for June 2023

Booked 1.30pm table for Father's Day two days before, earlier slots were full; even on a normal weekend, it might be better to book as there aren't many tables

We had pig's tail, tom yum, paku, kha nom jin (rice noodle and fresh veg with fish curry) and fried rice. All dishes were great, especially the tom yum goong! Flavourful and rich but not heavy. Even the Thai green iced tea (Cha Keaw) was lovely, flavourful even after some ice had melted. The tapioca dessert (Mun Cheum) was nice too. We were asked for less/more spicy for the tom yum and less/more sweet for the drink, so that's nice

The servers are probably all Thai, but we didn't have any issues communicating. They understood my request for no straw and no dried shrimp for paku. They repeated the order to confirm and when paying, which I appreciated 👍 It wasn't hard to get the attention of the waiters either, even if they weren't paying attention, the kitchen staff would notice and alert them.

The vibe is pretty relaxed, with simple deco. One minor complaint is that I would've appreciated chairs with backs (especially for older folk), only one table had chairs with backs, others were all stools.

It IS pretty pricey though, so we'd come back for the great experience but probably not too often. Overall would recommend booking this place for a...
