I’d like to share my humble experience hosting a birthday event here at this McD outlet in Putrajaya. For context, we have hosted elsewhere and even attended as a guest but nothing comes close to this as THE ideal gathering spot for both kids and adults. You have the parks, the beautiful bridge and sunset view, ample carparks and if you need a decent cake to add to the celebration, it's no secret that the right place to get it is located just right opposite. ;) Back to this McD, the service was a memorable one! I am very grateful for having a supportive team led by Cik Elyana to help us with the party planning and ensure everything ran smoothly as it should, from correspondence to taking orders and gentle reminders before the event day. The team have been very accommodating to all our request, I can't ask for more as long as the fries served are hot and the guests have enough to eat. The kids have fun playing games, receiving toys as gifts and enjoy free sundae cones. The only thing I regretted, was not having the opportunity to selfie with everyone in the team before we left. Good customer service is a gem, so I would strongly recommend to have your kids' birthday parties here.

McD drive thru Putrajaya is not just a restaurant. It’s a destination. Beautiful view of Putrajaya Lake and the view of Putrajaya scenic bridge too. Great place to bring your kids because the playground is huge. The quality of service at McDonald's drive-thru in Putrajaya is as good as any other McDonald’s. In general, McDonald's is known for providing fast and efficient service to their customers, which is especially important for drive-thru orders. If you're looking for a quick and convenient meal option in Putrajaya and a good place to enjoy a good McCafe Americano with a view. This is the place to go. If you are in a hurry, McDonald's drive-thru could be a good choice.

One of the worst experience at Mcdonalds. Great view, great location, excellent environment. It is such a waste that the service provided by the crew here is utterly sucks. Especially the “Manager” in purple uniform (male). Didn’t get to know his name coz he was not wearing any name tag. Staffs were lack of experience and did not know how to solve customers problems, even the “Manager” was also blurred. In addition, the beef patty in my burger was found uncooked. Im totally disappointed even though the scenery around here is great, i would not come again. Please improve your staff training and the food QC. (Ps: Mcdonalds mgmt, pls have an eye on the “Manager” that i mentioned: male, wearing specs in purple uniform. For further particular info, i was visiting at 12am today)

Ordered two sets of burgers with crafted coffee. Barista was doing his job well while the kitchen was pretty packed with bulk orders but it was coming nicely. The issue arises when the staff was not using the numbering system! They manually call the number resulting in missing my number. I have to wait 45 minutes with constant follow-up with the front staff. Exhausting but they did apologize. Suggest for them to just stick to the system and follow the SOPs given by the HQ

The venue is spectacular. There are very few places with such an amazing view. The food was so so, not up to the high standards normally received at McDonald's. But the worst is cleanliness. After asking 2 times for the table to be cleaned, they then left the floor covered in food debri. The attitude the young small male cleaner gave for asking him to sanitise or clean the table was short of insulting. Won't be going back unless the young lad is retrained or removed.
