Mr. Kabab & Biryani (Putrajaya) — Restaurant in Putrajaya

This I would say is the perfect definition of SCAM. They are charging me double for a meal that I can get in any restaurant with half the price. The worst part is the food is not even that good. I wouldn't say much if the food was worth the money but oh my god this food, even my dog wont eat it.(not even exaggerating). Talk about the service. Waited 10 min on the table just for a waiter to finally come and take the order and respond. And this same dude even brought us the wrong meal making us wait another 20 minute. At this point I thought he had some sort of personal vendetta against me. He was rude since the point we walked into the restaurant till we left, god knows for what reason. There are so many other Pakistani restaurants in Selangor(Chow kit and Serdang), its better if you go there rather than come here.These people shouldn't even be acknowledged. Awful. Went there with my wife and the experience was just horrible. Where do I even start. First of all, my wife caught the waiter taking food out of my plate and eating it before serving it to me. When I asked him about it he pertended to be ignorant. I had personally seen him touching the food in the plate when my wife pointed him out to me. The kebabs, and naan were extremely cold and when I told this to the waiter his reply was simply it happens sometimes. Really, WTH. I am paying for it and you expect me to eat it cold? The dish was supposed to come together with salad but I did't get any salad. The kebabs tasted stale and seemed like they had been made two days ago. I guess they send staff on leave over the weekends and hence everything you buy over the weekends must have been made on Friday. I was unlucky that I visited the place on Sunday evening. I got scammed! I walked into the restaurant to order for take away food. When ordered I specifically asks for extra tomato gravy and the waiter nodded understood. Once food ready, I asked if I recieved my extra tomato gravy and I was told they gave as I requested. When I checked I was given only 2. I ask for more, the cashier said he'll get more from the kitchen and asks his colleague to collect payment from me. Quite sometimes after payment, the cashier came and said it's finish! Hell, I knew he is lying. It's the main side dish which come together with any rice. They barely had any customer. I was played when they asks me to make the payment and came back empty handed for the gravy I ask. The workers are not pleasant either, it was as if they were doing favour serving me.
