The Foreigner staff was so rude and their manager too. I went to the toilet after ate halfway. Then the staff go to the counter and said to the cashier to charge us extra bcs we not finish the food. They said i only got 5 minutes to eat. I know i was wrong sit there and eat ALMOST 2 hours. But there is no one queue outside and there is a lot of empty table inside. The staff always give a side-eye to us. Asking for 5 plate of meat the staff only gave 3 plate. The foreigner staff acah2 pandai, advice us not to take more plate. I've been to sukiya many times la, adoi. Cuma this is the first time i went to shaftbury outlet. Btw, Im not eat there alone, my friends even eating while wait for me to come back from the toilet. I dont know what's wrong with this outlet. This is first and last i went here. Never come back here. Next time i stick with ioi outlet. ioi outlet...

Been here a few times since opening.. as a sukiya trade name, it had to be acknowledged that food, service and atmosphere is always at top notch. Every dine in sukiya, the satisfaction is beyond unquestionable..

Located in shaftbury tower acts as an optional outlet in the vicinity of ioi putrajaya. There's no queue here, and if there is one, it is not as long as in ioi outlet.

Out of most sukiya outlet in kuala lumpur, i believe this one is the most tranquil with less people and no queue. And i really loved it.. could come here at any time without long waiting time is really a pleasure.. leaving putrajaya at the end of the year will made me miss this outlet.

Overall, i always believe in sukiya qualities and will always find other outlets wherever i go. Will always come here... Will always go...

Not really a fan of Sukiya. The restaurant space is quite small, a bit cramped and difficult to move around especially when trying to get food from the buffet. The food selection is average, just the usual Sukiya items you would find at other branches. Nothing particularly special or outstanding.

One thing to note is the language barrier with the foreign staff. Most of them do not seem to understand English or Malay very well. So if you are making a specific request, be sure to double check that they understand you properly. Otherwise, there is a high chance you will not get what you asked for.

My fav Suki-ya outlet to go to. I went there on Friday, and I was the 7th person in line. The crew was fantastic and attentive. I forgot to ring the bell and one of the crew quickly came to our table when he saw I raised my hand. My go-to soup would be kimuchi and miso soup. This is my fav recipe for the dip: Garlic 3x, chilli 3x, coriander 3x, miso tare 5x, gomatare 4x, and Sichuan chilli oil 5x. You can adjust the recipe to your liking. Everything was fresh, starting from the selection of veggies, meats and fish balls. I would always park my car at the valet parking as it is closer to the Suki-ya and convenient for first-timers to locate the store.

Went here at around 4pm Friday. Nearly full house but there are still 5-6 tables that are empty. Almost no waiting time. Interior is clean and little bit cramped but still easy access to get off table to take foods from serving counter. The service was fast! Great staff to help refill beef and lamb. Taste as good as other branch which is a good thins as their taste always consistent. Great place to eat with family and friends. Try their sushi and ice cream, not bad at all. My favourite are their thinly sliced beef which very tender after few seconds dipped in the sukiyaki broth. Will come again. Easy parking and easy access from Putrajaya.
