Iâm downgrading my rating from 5 star to 1 star solely based on my latest experience.
I entered the premise at 8.18pm, placed an order at 8.20pm (Iced Kilimanjaro) and waited for my drinks for 20 minutes. I decided to get up (another waste of my energy and time) and asked the cashier (a female in her late teens or early twenties) who took my order. Minus 1 star
Guess what, she looked surprised (like I just came into the shop ) and only asked me back what Iâve ordered without offering any explanation or apology. You only have one job my dear, please do it properly. Minus 1 star
At 8.45pm or 5 minutes later, my order came and i clearly expressed my dissatisfaction to the male staff who delivered the drink (another clearly blur teenage boy) who looked at me without making any attempt to apologize - no remorse whatsoever only apathy. Minus 1 star
As a result of this 30 minutes wait - my coffee turned out to be like a rush order as well - it didnât taste as good as usual. Minus 1 star
If the business is really serious about serving the customer well - please train your staff to at least be courteous to your customers - it doesnât matter if they seem to be incompetent at organising order but at least learn how to respect the customer. For the benefit of the owner - please benchmark you customer service standard with any similar cafe - thereâs this one good establishment in Cyberjaya Alcea Coffee - learn a thing or two on how well their...
Read moreI visited this coffee house this morning, and it was a complete disappointment. Despite being asked whether I wanted to dine in or take away, there was no proper dine-in setup at all! The atmosphere and service were far from what youâd expect from a coffee house.
The food was bland and clearly lacked freshness, which I later discovered was because it wasnât even cooked on-site. Instead, it was prepared elsewhere, brought to the restaurant, and then served as if it were takeaway. This completely undermined the idea of enjoying a meal at a coffee house.
To make matters worse, when I asked the staff for a plate so I could at least have my meal properly in the restaurant, the girl at the counter just shoved two plates stacked together in front of me. It felt so disrespectful, like I was being served as a dog. That level of service is completely unacceptable, no matter the setting.
On top of that, the prices were outrageously high for what they offered. Honestly, Iâve had far better service and food quality at simple hawker stalls. If they want to call themselves a coffee house, they seriously need to rethink their service, setup, and overall quality. Definitely not worth the visit! By the way thanx for the refund (after quite some time spent an arguments with the unfriendly...
Read moreOrder: Kilijaro Coffee (Hot, Takeaway) Price: RM 18.90
Taste: 4/10 The coffee was made with condensed milk and, unfortunately, tasted quite similar to a typical Nescafé from a mamak stall. It lacked the distinctiveness expected from a specialty coffee.
Quantity: Small The serving size was rather small, which added to the disappointment given the price.
Price: 3/10 At RM 18.90, the coffee felt overpriced for its taste and quality.
Atmosphere: 9/10 The cafĂ© environment was very conducive, offering a pleasant and comfortable space thatâs worth appreciating.
Overall: While this particular coffee didnât meet expectations, the cafĂ©âs atmosphere is excellent. I plan to explore other coffee options next time,...
