Brought my family for Iftar, thinking it would be a nice experience, but big mistake! The place looks nice, but the staff’s attitude? HORRIBLE. From the moment we walked in, there was zero welcome, no smile, nothing. Just cold, uninterested faces like we were bothering them.

My kid only wanted a simple chocolate ice cream, and guess what? The staff rudely told me, "Wait until the existing stock finishes!"—with that face. Seriously?? What kind of restaurant does that? When I asked for the manager, the staff brushed me off saying, "Not around," and just walked away. No apology, no effort to help.

At the end, they didn’t even bother saying thank you or goodbye. Just took our money and moved on. For the overpriced food and service this bad, I would’ve been better off eating at a roadside stall!

Overall, the food and environment is nice. This round, the marinated black pepper fish is different from last time, literally melt in your mouth. However, there is no lamb and only one beef at the counter. Need to add premium price if we want to get more lamb, beef and others. We came for lunch on a Saturday. Fruit choices were limited but the rest of the food are good. Service was superb too, would definitely come back just because we love steamboat.
