The food at the NASI KAK WOK AYAM CINCANG SAMBAL BELACAN KELANTAN is really goodâhonestly, Iâd love to return just for that. However, the service is a major issue. When I arrived, I noticed the menu was displayed, but the prices were so faded that I couldnât read them clearly. I had to ask the staff for the price, which seemed like an inconvenience to them. It set the tone for the rest of the experience, which only got worse from there.
I was the first customer to arrive, but after I placed my order, they completely skipped over me when a male customer came in! Probably worried he'd go elsewhere if they didnât serve him immediately, even though I was already standing there and had placed my order. Despite that, I still paid and waited patiently.
Even worse, when my male friend ordered after me, his food came out first. When he pointed out that I had ordered before him, the staff member literally said, âDia ada order juga?â. At that point, I was left speechless by how rude and unprofessional they were.
But it doesnât end there. My other female friend tried to order, and the staff completely ignored her. They were so busy catcalling male customers to take their food that they didnât even acknowledge my friend when she tried to place her order. No eye contact, no greetingânothing. It was frustrating to see such blatant disregard for paying customers.
The food itself is genuinely good, and Iâd love to return for itâbut not if the service stays like this. Itâs a shame, because the staffâs behavior is so unprofessional that it overshadows the whole experience. I really hope they improve their customer service, because right now, women are just being...
Read moreI appreciates the facilities. Ample parking. Spacious eating space. However there are few âfunny/weirdâ set up.
1.I think i cant accept or a bit awkward when saw alcohol beverages stall is together within the food court compound. There are a lot more place to moginum especially in chinese restaurant or non halal place. Why need to up this alcohol stall here.
2.some stall also a bit weird on emphasizing âserve no porkâ. Why need to mention if your food is halal food (from the ingredients to cooking place). Just cant understand. If serve no pork does it means you use some alcohol/wine drop for certain menu?
3.Price wise not really eye soothing đ. Maybe related to rental cost.
4.Food taste may just ok.
5.The only thing is quite ok is the drink...

A lot variation of food and beverages to choose from local delicacies to western. There are different stalls in this area that serve different kind of foods. Place is spacious, cozy and very chill to hangout with friends and family. There is also another place and section for you to order alcohol drinks.
Parking is quite spacious, however can be very limited. Price is ok-ish not too pricey (yet I have not yet checked price from the other stall). Ordered some fish and chips, taste is ok too, would give 3 out of 5. Alcohol can be a bit expensive, RM109 for 1 tower of carlsberg.
Overall place is good, chill and cozy. Would love to return here and try more dish...
