My Juice 大碼果汁 — Restaurant in Borneo

On Tues, we bought 6 cups of avo juice & loved it, so today, Friday, we went and ordered again. What a disappointment, all 4 of our juices seemed to be blended with under-ripe fruit which gives a very unpleasant feel on the tongue, even those with added vanilla ice-cream. So we went to the counter to ask if we could hv some sugar to add to cut the bitterness. The staff could not make a decision & went and find the mandarin-speaking woman boss. Not only she did not apologize, she flew into a loud & long defensive tirade, saying how are they to know how a fruit would taste in advance. For the person who paid for a small scoop of ice-cream to put on top, it came with an unhappy bang on the table. Seems like if the business wants to survive, somebody need to improve on her...

Service really bad! No proper printed bill provided, unless you ask for it and uses via written invoice receipt which is sucks! Owner lady loves to talk or communicate too loud right from the counter to middle and to kitchen. And you can barely hear her voices like yelling which is really annoying!!! Gosh pls!!! Food order taking too long and delivered quite late and tasteless and also the food presentation we're awful. Staffs was chaotic taking order and untrained. Don't waste your time and not recommended!!! Food no!!! Drinks...

Ordered 4 glasses of Avocado juice ... avocado not ripe ... ended juice very very bitter. ... Mentioned to lady boss, she put the blame on the fruits ... when ask for some sweetening, lady boss rudely refused & gave us the impression that we were "unlucky" to have chosen the bitter fruits ... then charge us extra to add ice cream on the bitter juice .... terrible service ... not worth the drink. Go only when the lady boss...
