Well, came here few years ago was dissapointed that time as well, thought i give them a try after few years, who knows they improved, so, I ordered Pork Adobo with Rice and Chicharon bulaklak with Lemon ice, in the hope that i will have a good predinner meal, after a long day from work. Pork adobo came in first after ordering which took 15 mins, and the chicharon bulaklak cam3 after 30 minutes of ordering... Both were a dissapointment, but i have to at least finish up, as my parents always say dont waste food. Ya, the Pork Adobo is merely 70% fatty part less meat, and rubbery texture like the cook just took the pork out of fridge and start cooking.. the Chicharon Bulaklak, well doesnt look like bulaklak at all, its either the Chef doesnt know what he is suppose to cook, or just plain Lazy, took them half an hour to serve me Chicharon Bulaklak that look like Chicken Popcorn as seen on the right picture... A disgrace to Phillipino beautiful cuisine... And i saw one of the workers was smoking in the Kitchen, it shows how they treat their job with no respect as well... Overall, the only good side is the Waiter, waiteress and the Ice Lemon, help ease the dissapointment. The Waiter and waitress friendly... Cleanliness is well taken care, cozy environment and Cool place to chill with friends and family. Well mannered staff and owner is very humble. Menu is great.
