Kim Fah Likas — Restaurant in Sabah

As someone who recently visited Kim Fah Likas, I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars rating. While the food was generally good and the service was prompt, there were a few areas that could use improvement.

On the positive side, the restaurant has a cozy and inviting ambiance, with friendly staff who greeted us warmly upon arrival. The menu had a decent variety of dishes to choose from, and the food was tasty and well-prepared.

However, there were a few issues that detracted from the experience. Firstly, the portion sizes were rather small for the price, which left us feeling a bit unsatisfied. Additionally, the wait between courses was longer than expected, which made the overall dining experience feel slower and less enjoyable.

Another issue was the lack of vegetarian options on the menu. While there were a few dishes that could be modified, it would have been nice to see more options for those with dietary restrictions.

The Char Kuey Teow is really flavorful and the dim sum is quite tasty. However, when I arrived, there were only a few dim sum options left, so I suggest coming early if you want more choices. The service is pretty fast, so you won't have to wait long to get your food. The parking space is limited, but people tend to come and go quickly since it's a small area. Most people come here for the supermarket or the eatery.

I gotta say, I'm totally in love with this restaurant, man! They hook me up with loads of veggie stems, and you know what? Some folks may hate munching on stems, but not...

Ordered sea food fried noodles. It was RM9.50, small portion, salty, greasy, prawns not gutted.

No utensils, condiments or tissue paper for each table. They are all bundled into a self-service corner. Utensils felt slightly greasy despite being kept in plastic boxes.

Noticed a huge bag of 99.9% MSG near the self-service utensil area.

When the worker went to refill the utensils, a spoon dropped on the floor. Worker simply picked it up, wiped on pants then put into the utensil station. DISGUSTING.
