We came here to try the Beaufort noodles that is one of Sabah’s specialty. I was told that the noodles were first deep fried to have the fragrance.
They have pork or seafood, wet or dry options. The dry noodles have a wok-hey taste and noodles texture is just right. The wet version has a slightly starch gravy. I can’t decide if I like the wet or dry version as both have their own taste and draw. As for seafood, they give chunks of fish meat alongside other things.
