We came here to try the Beaufort noodles that is one of Sabah’s specialty. I was told that the noodles were first deep fried to have the fragrance. They have pork or seafood, wet or dry options. The dry noodles have a wok-hey taste and noodles texture is just right. The wet version has a slightly starch gravy. I can’t decide if I like the wet or dry version as both have their own taste and draw. As for seafood, they give chunks of fish meat alongside other things. Ordering is done by writing the number of what we want on a paper.

We had dinner here on a Sunday around 6pm. Not so crowded yet at that time. We ordered Pai Kut Wong, a chicken dish (can't remember the flavor), Sayur Manis, Daun Ubi, and Eggplant with salted fish. All dishes taste good. The only thing I mind is how almost anywhere in the shop there are shadows of the fan creating a strobing effect. It can be a bit uncomfortable if you can't take it well. Other than that, highly recommended.

Tried their ginger beef with rice and oh my goodness that was good, in fact it was so good I had to order a second serving! The beef was nice and tender, not chewy like at most restaurants and the gravy was full of flavor, I rate this dish and restaurant as one of the very top favorite! Highly recommended!!

Food quality and taste is just normal Chinese coffee shop standard. Plenty of pork lard flavor. Many varieties and choices but nothing stands out. What really stands out is the price. As a coffee shop it’s on the pricey side. It’s nothing wrong to charge a little higher compared with other coffee shops but the quantity or portions of the food should be perpendicular to the price of the food. I’m not so sure about what others may think, as for me, certainly economical...

A beautiful little open air restaurant with a plethora of choices to satisfy most people's needs of a quick meal, or for those who want to gather and eat with a group of friend's or family enjoying local Chinese based cuisine. A menu able to satisfy most people's tastes for local Chinese/Malaysian food. A friendly atmosphere and helpful staff who can give you advice on what you may be having a hankering for. Definitely...
