Worst Customer Service! Came here on afternoon on 19Aug. Had such an unpleasant experience with the staffs on duty. My friend was standing by the counter, in front of the cashier, finally decided what to order, and then only the staff informed that all the food on the menu are sold out due to NO INGREDIENT! The only food available are the 3 croissants and a couple of cakes and some buns by the counter. We questioned why everything is not available despite carrying out a series of special “National Day” promo meal throughout August. The staff just emphasised that they were VERY BUSY and FULL the whole morning. So why didn’t you inform us before we even waste time looking at the food menu? And it is really unbelievable that the business is so good until you didn’t keep enough stock! Not even fries! Not an egg! Yet, my friend still ordered a coffee and a cake. We then asked another Chinese lady staff regarding the issue. Without feeling apologetic and no apologies at all, she directly answered “We were busy from morning till now!” and walk away. WOW! This is how you treat customers. I then approached her again and asked her as I saw some food came out of the kitchen. Without even looking at me, she just answered “that was from previous order” with a really black face. And yes, again walked away when I haven’t even finished talking. Your staffs could have answered us professionally and talked nicely! We are truly appalled by such bad customer service. Customers did not come here to pay for rude services and see...

Most details are in my photo captions so I’ll be brief here. First time here, was a little surprised at the location, thought Google Maps was trolling me as it’s in the area where I get my spare parts and car stuff. Nice shop front.

First thing that made an impression on me was that the place was extremely, EXTREMELY clean, went to the washroom before ordering (wife helped me order) as I couldn’t hold it any longer and boy was the restroom clean. Usually they’ll be specks of black mold and stuff in the nooks and crannies but despite my best efforts,(well not really who the hell looks for mold in detail) I could not find anything to fault. Design of the restroom also maximises the limited space and there’s 2 cute square sinks.

Second was the decor and ambiance, this place would look really nice at night. Lighting, seating and everything is done well, while we were there the guys were arranging the fake plants and testing out spots.

Third, but most important, the drinks are great, coffee tastes good (as all fresh brew should be), prices are a little bit on the high side but with the nice place and everything it’s worth every bit of the price. Atmosphere is really subjective but I like it and I don’t mind paying for it (well my wife really as she was buying, god bless her soul).

Short version: It’s a nice place will definitely come...

As much I wanted this place as a hidden gem, I still wanna share how good this place is.

So we went for a coffee. Ordered cream puff and matcha croissant. Cream puff has perfect outer exterior and the cream was so good. But my favorite is matcha croissant. God, the croissant itself was very crumbly with layers and the matcha was very silky smooth with a floral scent on top. Since they put dried flower petals. The cold brew we ordered was good was not enough for me. I think it can only fill 2/3 grande size cup. Or even lesser.

The environment itself was nice. Good ambient and clean. Payment got selection of method. QR, card and cash. The price starting from RM12 and above.

Go here for their...

Stopped by Meet Coffee Cafe and was really impressed! The cafe has a cozy and welcoming vibe, perfect for a quick coffee break or sitting down with friends. I ordered a latte, and the coffee art was absolutely beautiful — the pattern was so pretty I almost didn’t want to drink it. The iced latte was smooth and refreshing, with just the right balance of coffee and milk. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and I love that they also have light meals and promotions like the custard cream puff add-on. Definitely a great hidden gem in Kolombong — I’ll be coming back for sure!
