South Indian curries are the only curry version i love and enjoy much. The heaviness of spices in their curries, the idli, the pratas, the dhosai - everything South never disappoints.
Dry curry chicken varuval, deep fried Bittergourd, fried kembong fish(mackerel) lamb curry are some of the popular ones here.
One should also try their sourish Rasam or Saaru with its distinct taste, pairs well with just plain rice and papadoms.
