Went there to get breakfast after confirming (notice at the entrance) that old toys are still available for Happy Meals. Ordered at kiosk then waited for a whopping 30mins to get my order done. They were apparently too busy getting delivery orders done first while keeping those in store wait. What makes matters worse is when I asked about the old toys, the lady said didn't you read the notice. I said yes, it said old toys are still available. Well, she said, no toys are available as the notice said. Well, then you should change your notice to say NO TOYS are available so as not to disappointed your kiddy customers next time. i ordered mcdelivery from the app and my order came wrong, but the way it was handled really impressed me. the manager, muhazam, reached out and made sure everything was sorted quickly. when i went to pick up my replacement burger, he was friendly, attentive and made the whole experience easy. he even gave me a free fries voucher as a nice gesture 🤩🤘🏻
