The food and atmosphere are okay. What spoiled it for me was the insistence of the service staff that I scan the QR code at the table to order since I was dining in. Not an unreasonable request but unfortunately my Internet signal is very weak whenever I visit the Farley Mall. There's a free WiFi but that signal was also weak. Even after queuing up at the counter for 15 minutes I was still asked to order using the QR code at my table. The cashier only allowed me to order after she saw I was starting to get annoyed. SCR Farley Mall needs to take into consideration the WiFi signal strength as well as customers who may not have a smartphone. After all we still have to go to the counter to pay even if we use the QR code to order. Ordering using the QR code should be an option other than ordering at the counter.
