Visited several times, amongst all the seafood restaurants around Tanjong Karang, this particular restaurant is deeper in than the ones by the road. However once you made it, parking is plenty and you are literally right beside Sungai Tengi!
The open air restaurant is a typical riverside with great views especially during the sunset hours. The seafood we ordered is fantastic and the portions are huge! Be careful as we learned that ordering a 'small' portion could easily feed up to 4 people per dish! For these portions the price is surprisingly decent and therefore worth every penny especially given the taste!
The stingray curry is perhaps one of the best versions I have ever tried after going to over 50+ seafood restaurants including the famous ones in Sepetang, Taiping!
The most outstanding dish for me as a chicken lover is definitely the dried chili fried chicken as it's crispy, soft and tender packed with spicy peppery goodness, a MUST try for me!
The tofu and mantis prawn are decent but given that whole individual mantis prawns are hard to find in general it's definitely worth trying especially the black pepper style!
The fried ice cream is also pretty good despite it seemingly being packaged frozen goods, it's honestly better than their previous homemade ones so I'll give it a pass.
The service and cleanliness of the place including the toilets are also pretty good given the surrounding area.
Overall, a must visit especially for the portion and price for any lovers of fresh seafood. Will definitely come again if I'm ever in the area.

This place literally stole my heart as it’s superbly good every time we come visiting!!. Don’t need meat crabs nor giant prawns for a satisfying seafood feast. It’s really about balancing your taste buds experience 😂😂😂😂😂😂🍻🥂
Our favourite food trove for seafood and buying seafood for household use. Today we were just visiting for the long weekend holiday and buying seafood with no intention of eating as we were more interested in Sekinchan walk about. Since we were otw back, stopping by tg karang bagan pasir was rather convenient. Upon arrival and a short visit to our normal supplier stall ( no sizable fish today), we decided to stop by next door to utilize their toilet. Then our temptation after discovering their big cockles we decided to order a few dishes to go with our cold beer ( rather hot afternoon after all). One dish lead to another and our not so hungry ventures turned into seven dishes in total 😂😂😂😂😂😂. The fried halibut /slipper fish, the kum heong cockles, lala beehon, the best ikan bakar pari and tahu dish plus the additional curry fried cockles was our landed catch, dang it was such a good visit. Price??? It was reasonable and consider cheap for us!!! And endorsed by...
