Firstly, when I get here, I was so glad we had no waiting queue here - plenty of tables on a Saturday night. Secondly, we need order at the counter. Unfortunately there's no menu we can hold. Their menus were stuck on the counter. As I was waiting for the couple in front to decide her orders, I wanted to start planning my order since it's my first time here I was unfamiliar with what they have. We wait for our numbers to be called. Our orders are made promptly despite 2 other numbers ahead of us. Thirdly, we start eating with the kenko kakigori - it comes with 2 fruit choices, my only complain is everything falls out to the table as I spoon them. Then we ate the pancake - caramel chocolate banana waffle. I like the fluffy waffle. Last bit least we devoured mount Fuji kakigori. I ordered a large one since I wanted to share but I quickly regret my choice after seeing how high it is. There are fruits in it but the fruits are so frozen and the mango was not that ripe. As I was writing the review and the expected happened, the mount Fuji kakigori collapsed as shown on the pic. Their ice was not a nice compared to after meal. At least they don't enforce an hour restriction. Note if u want to choose table, do not sit at the one with the nice dangling unicorns as I knock my head when I got up and I wasn't even seating at the end chair by the wall. Finally, the songs...

I arrived at this outlet around 4 or 5 pm to enjoy dessert due to the intense heat outside. While we were selecting our menu at the counter, the staff, whom I assumed was also the cashier, was busy cleaning tables, which I didn't mind waiting for. Despite seeing us waiting for over 5 minutes, she didn't acknowledge us, but I understood she was busy. When she finally approached the counter, we were eager to order after waiting for nearly 5-10 minutes, but she abruptly informed us they couldn't take any orders due to the need to clear tables, which would take another 30 minutes as there were only two staff members, including her, working that day. No apologize no emphatic or sympathy at all. I was extremely frustrated with the explanation she provided after making us wait at the counter. While I understand they were short-staffed, it would have been helpful to have been informed or seen a notice, especially on weekends, instead of wasting our time in line. As someone who previously worked in the food and beverage industry, I found her reasoning to be completely unreasonable and unacceptable. I urge the management of the store to improve their operations and properly train...

The kakigoris are nice, the yoghurt ones are really good. I like them very much. The issue i had was how long they made the taiyaki. Almost an hour. Should've really just told me in advance, 'we haven't made the filling, do you mind waiting more than half an hour(because there's a lot of people)?' of sorts. At least i have the option to wait or just not order it altogether. To be fair, i can ask for refund but then again I've waited for almost an hour not knowing that i could. I don't appreciate having my time wasted for a taiyaki in which the taste is not even worth the wait. I'll come again of course, only for kakigori. The staffs were very nice and the place is clean and homey...
