OldTown White Coffee @ KLIA2 Gateway — Restaurant in Sepang

This Coffee Shop is at KLIA2 Boarding area (right beside Gate J4) offering simple Malaysian meals, Coffee/Tea, etc.

Atmosphere: 4🌟 Place is quite comfy but seats can be quite near each other especially long seats area. Tables and chairs are quite solid and environment is quite good to sit down for awhile while waiting for Boarding Gate to open.

Service: 3.75🌟 Order through self service kiosk (there's 2 of them). First navigate the touch screens and select what you wanted to be added into the card. When you want to check out, pick up one of the "beep" machine and scan it so it will register the order to the machine. Next for payment, just scan QR code to the other scanner (for payment). There's E-Wallet and Card payment options. Once it "beeps", just go to the end of the counter to with the "beeper" and pick up your orders.

Drinks: White Coffee (Ice) 3.5🌟 Very big glass but also has a lot of big ice cubes but has quite decent flavor still of coffee. The hot version cup seems also slightly bigger than usual Kopitiam "ngalat" cups. Priced at Rm 10.10 which I think its acceptable...

Ordered Curry Mee at First,I took a few bites and it started smelling awful the more i dig in..when I checked with the staff,he immediately asked if could change other item coz another customer has complained too..worst part my mother in law just ate half bowl thinking that's how it tastes..if there is ever a food poisoning, thn I will definitely get back to u all..

Ordered nasi lemak,the chicken I'm very sure it was a leftover,it was so hard like it has been fried few times..worst food ever !!!

If another customer before me has already complained why is it still being served to others..?? So no one checked the complain at the kitchen..?? And there was no apology at all..worst service and...

Order at 18:25, gate for my plane opened at 19:25, never got the chance to try the food. But service and facilities were extremely poor.

Most of the items were Out of Order.

When waiting for the food, it gets called in a small screen with no memory, so it only displays one order. To make it worse, orders don't come in numerical order as you personally assign a table number to the order. Making everything impossible to follow and an absolute chaos.

They were understaffed, tables full of leftovers not being cleaned.

If this was to happen in Europe, people would riot, people here are...
