Came to order at around 845am and only received my food at 915am. 3 person were working there, and i ordered 2 sets of Half boiled eggs, 1 set of kaya butter toast and white coffee ice, using my airport pass priviledges to get discounts... I was seated at the cushion benched where i can literally see how they prepare the food especiallt the toast and presenting it to the customer... Maybe its meant to be that i have to witness their staff, name Mohd. Jofri was handling the food by preparing a toast set by picking the pieces of bread, pressing it with his left hand so that he can slice the bread, and butterfly the bread so that he can spread the kaya, and the best part is he use his left hand without the usual plastic glove to pick up pieces of sliced butter(how disgusting can you be) and place it in between the bread. And the same manner to the next piece of toast as well without gloves and for goodness sack his left hand... And the thing is, i got my buzzer called exactly after he finish preparing the food, and ut was my food he had prepared in tgat manner. I was so angry and confronted mr. Jofri and exactky said to him, " Bang roti nie saya taknak, saya nampak ngko tak pakai sarung tangan ambil butter tu dan letak kat roti saya". He immediately apologized and do another one with gloves on and while i watch again every step that he prepare my toast... Im just angry, that this kind of people doesnt value their job until they lost it by doing stupid irresponsible things like this. There are no customer service value at all, mr. Jofri's coleague who took my ordee at the counter because i was using my airport pass to pay, and giving sour faces when we paid for the food, as if i owe him for no reason... The se3vices is too slow, until i wasted almost 30 minutes of my time just to wait...
I hope the highest management can look into their recurrent training and emphasize on customer services, and proper hygiene in handling the food... I will bring this up to the menteri kesihatan as well.. such a bad disgusting experince indeed, ingaine if i did not see all this was happening... Oh ya, i order 2 sets of half boiled eggs, but end up having just one set, no time to wait for the 2nd set, so u just forgone it, after that bad experience, its not about the money but how well you present yourself and treat your paying customer, just very very below average the service and hygiene... Details of my experience and feedbacks as below: I didn't order wrongly but just the cashier accidentally placed one additional quantity of one of the items. I wasn't aware that until finished paying and gotten the receipt because I guess they are too busy and no repeat the order back to us or show us the bill with our orders before asking us to pay.
Same person manning the cashier and making the drinks. Takes like forever to get your order or your drinks. They should have better staff work allocation. This causes a few problems as below.
The line sometimes will get quite long because she will need to stop taking order and prepare for the drinks as you can see from the photo.
The quality of the food and especially the drinks are exceptionally bad. Especially the drinks probably because of the multitasking. I will visit other branches occasionally but this is the worst quality and price in all of my old town experience.
Lastly the order I have to pay for their mistake of placing additional orders for me. When I complain to their Facebook and what I got in the end is just an email apologizing and ask me to find them again for a free drinks. HOW NICE??

My wife and I waited 45 mins for our food. Our drinks came slightly earlier after 30 mins - if you can even describe it as "early".
Icing on the cake was that the person who took the order got one of our items wrong.
As for the quality of the food, where do I begin? The springy noodles with chicken chop was definitely a misnomer. What we got instead was over-cooked soggy noodles.
We got a sorry imitation of a curry hor fun due to the earlier mentioned mistake in our order. It consisted of the most mediocre of "chicken" chunks with the consistency of cardboard. The horfun kway teow's texture gives "springy noodles" a close run for its money - it lost because the noodles were just laughably soggy.
To sum up, Old Town needs to get its act together where this particular outlet is concerned. Situated at the airport, it is their face to the world. I have been to its outlet at City Square Johor Baru. While the food was nothing to write home about, service was, well, serviceable -- with none of the frustrations I encountered at KLIA 2.
For the sake of travellers passing through KLIA 2, I do hope Old Town takes the necessary steps to improve its outlet there. Until then, travellers would be wise...
