I visited Pastribella Cyberjaya on 21 January 2025 at around 2:30 PM, determined to dine in despite how busy I knew the cafe could get. Luckily, it was just me and my husband, and true to expectations, the cafe was bustling, even after the usual office lunch crowd hours. I was pleasantly surprised and genuinely happy for the owner—it's clear the business is thriving!
Although the place was full, I want to commend the staff at Pastribella. They were incredibly polite, maintaining their smiles and professionalism despite being so busy. Their efficiency was impressive, and even though our food was slightly delayed, they promptly apologized and ensured it was served quickly. Truly professional and well-trained—kudos to the team! If the owner sees this, I strongly encourage showing some appreciation to your amazing staff—they deserve a bonus or some form of recognition for their hard work and positive attitude. I was so impressed with their service!
This was our third attempt to visit, and I can confidently say it was absolutely worth it. The food was delicious, the coffee was perfectly brewed, and the cakes were pure heaven. We left feeling beyond satisfied and genuinely happy with our experience that day.
But what truly touched my heart was a simple and sweet gesture. Despite the slight delay in service due to the large crowd, as we were leaving, a waiter ran after us to hand us a slice of brownie as a token of apology. That, my friends, is the ultimate WOW factor. It’s the small, thoughtful gestures that leave a big impact.
No matter how delicious your food is (and it is fantastic!), it’s the exceptional service that makes Pastribella stand out. You’re LEGIT 100! I can’t wait to come back again and going to visit in Wangsa Melawati branch.
Highly recommended. It's my new favourite place for 2025.

We are from Kuantan. My wife suggested me to go for this place during our visit to my dad's.
We came early stood infront of the shop 10 minutes early. By 12 pm, the Waiter ONLY FLIP the closed sign to open, WITHOUT opening the door to greet me and my family. Maybe I'm expecting much, but it's such a basic standard service that are not trained for such standard restaurant?
The store cleanliness cam be better. One fan waa heavily dusty, staff were all busy and fast, ambiance, average. . Seating limited. Can only serve about 30 pax max I assume.
Ordered 3 main dishes, 3 drinks.
The food presentation vs the price we paid, not as what we expected. The taste wise, is averagely okay. Not bad but not awesome.
The server who served our food, only served without saying a thing abt what's was he served, But he answered when asked. Maybe he can smile a bit. It's just 10 minutes past opening, why so sour?
The drinks, major drawback. Ice shaken lemon tea taste straight like RM 2 Seasons ice lemon tea, signature ice chocolate, taste sub par, ice Mocha, taste milky Ceroi.
Total bill RM 152. Luckily without service charges.
About the service, kudos to the sweet cashier who took our order and sent drinks to us, she serve us good. Little bit polish can grow her to gold standard.
As we leave the shop, my wife non stop saying sorry for recommending this shop, that's how bad it is, the tiger of the house, admit mistakes and apologies.
Afterall, no regret, I'm having sweet time with my dad, he enjoyed the food so much, Maybe because he's not the one paying (lol) and not setting expectation.
For me and my wife, coming back, maybe, to see is there any improvements. Recommending...

Sometimes I wonder if the glowing reviews and comments about certain cafes are just too good to be true. That was exactly the case with Pastribella unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the hype.
From the moment I walked in, the customer service was a letdown from the cashier to the servers. The staff came across as rude and blunt, lacking basic courtesy and etiquette. If you want to carry the name of a “chef-driven cafe” then it starts with proper hospitality.
We understand that the cafe closes at 9 PM, but there’s a respectful way to inform customers. Instead of a polite reminder, we were told, “It’s clearly stated in front of the door that we’re closing at 9 PM” which felt unnecessarily harsh and boastful.
As for the food and drinks honestly, there was nothing special. Overpriced, underwhelming, and definitely not reflective of what you'd expect from a cafe trying to position itself as premium. The cakes and beverages lacked flavor, and overall, the menu didn’t justify the cost. Most of the items unavailable.
In a growing area like Cyberjaya, which still lacks standout cafes compared to districts like Subang Jaya, Damansara, PJ, or even Shah Alam, there’s a real opportunity to elevate the cafe scene. But it starts with the basics: better staff training, improved service, and food that matches the pricing and branding.
Right now, Pastribella feels like just another shoplot turned into a cafe with little to no charm beyond its name. This place needs serious attention, especially in how staff are hired and trained, because poor service alone can bring down a cafe's...
