Not Recommended - Better Options in the Food Court! If you’re Indian or looking for Indian food, this isn’t the place.
Honestly, nothing positive to say about this restaurant. They charge an unreasonable amount and add extra fees, including a service charge—even though it’s just a food court inside the airport. There are hidden charges and taxes, too. My bill was initially 102, but after all the taxes and the "service charge," it jumped to 114.
I only had 112 with me, so I asked the cashier to remove an item. She refused, saying the "system doesn’t allow it." Instead, she offered not to serve the item I wanted to drop (fair enough), but still charged me the full 112 ringgit, which was 5 more than the actual amount. Later, when I went back to get my change, she “forgot” the 5 ringgit I was owed—even though it had only been 30 minutes! I eventually got it back after a hustle, but it was soo frustrating. I was fuming with anger the entire time (which never happened to me until now)
As for the food: I’m from India, and it was far from Indian. The taste was awful, and the portions were disappointingly small. Overall, a poor experience. I’d highly recommend checking out other options in...
Read moreI know it's pricey in airports, even though it cost RM30.35 to get a thosai and a drink, I was ok with it because of the location and the restaurant set up.
Disappointed when food was served without any culteries, you gotta take yourself even though you are paying for service charge. 🙂.
Thosai with chicken curry Rm21 but not served with any other basic condiments like chutney. Not even a drop.
Finished half of the thosai but drinks not served, when asked, they still blending the ginger 🙂. The drink came when I was taking my last bite of thosai. 🙂.
Curry was ok but thosai is totally out. Definitely not fermented naturally. Asked for drinks without sugar but it came sweet. If I ask to change, will I have to wait for another 30 mins for my drink?
Excuse me, I don't think so my experience here is worth my RM30.35. 🙂
