Easily the worst Starbucks I have ever been to horrible employees I was there on the 25th of July between 9:30 am and 10:30 am and there were two guys and one girl working first of all the cashier who was one of the two guys was so disgustingly welcoming and helpful literally the first thing I said was hi how are you and he just looked at me and when I went to see the sandwiches he was acting like I was taking his time to go check when there wasn’t even anyone behind me anyways I finish from this cashier and go wait for my order turns out they do not call for your order when it is done which was not a big deal but I waited more than 30 minutes to get every item I purchased first I got the pastries then waited a few more minutes for my water and drink and they weren’t out I asked the girl who was working there for the rest of my order and showed her my receipt she then came back with a plastic cup of tap water so I show her the receipt again that I ordered a 500ml water bottle and then she tells me to wait mind you I informed her that I have a drink too then the second guy comes with my water bottle so I take it and wait for a few minutes turns out they didn’t even make my drink so I go back to them and ask them for my drink they take my receipt and make me the iced caramel latte I have been waiting 30 minutes for just for it to be the absolute worst coffee I have ever tasted it tasted like milk mixed with water and ice cubes even though he said yes when I asked him if he added the caramel I paid for so it was almost like a self service I had to go back every few minutes to get all of the items I purchased one by one it’s like I have to remind them that I ordered and it wasn’t even crowded an absolute disgrace of employees for Starbucks DO...
Read moreA very rude cashier. My girlfriend didn''t here her one time when she asked a question and after that she got mad at us started rolling her eyes, sighing out loudly and asking us questions following that with an attitude and said ''so no cheese' while interrupting when we were discussing what to order I also gave her 50 cents so she can change me notes instead and she sighed and rolled her eyes again after that. After that i pointed out her attitude to her which in turn made her tell her barista to serve our order later even though we ordered first we had to wait for 4 people who ordered us get our drinks first while the barista kept glaring at us. I understand it's fasting season but you are getting paid to do a job and we are paying customers. I am not asking for you to bow down and respect us just have some decent human courtesy your parents should've taught you. Also Starbucks you are an F&B there is nothing more important than your reputation. One outlet can spoil the name of your brand over time if this keeps us. Make sure you at least train your staffs to have basic courtesy please. Horrible experience. Also I only ordered 1 grande ice latte and one croissant hence the ''no cheese' question so it's not as if they're doing smaller orders first...
Read moreBefore ordering, there were these customer prior and they were not familiar in speaking English, instead of assisting/being compassionate with them, she openly expressed her annoyance with them which already set me off wrongly.
I then ordered a caramel macchiato while waiting (the drink was 4/10, more milk less coffee) I originally sat on a high chair but changed to a sofa seat which that table wasn’t clear up but I didn’t mind it, I collected the trash and once I finished my drink, I put the trash in my cup which I would dispose later. After finishing my drink, the cashier came up to my table and threw my cup and said “did you order? If you didn’t, go order, no free seating”.
The Starbucks wasn’t even filled, there were plenty of empty seats and there were people who was lingering in their seats too but she made it sound like I just found a table with an empty cup and chose to sat there. Malaysian people are friendly, I know that, but why are people like them representing customer service here like this?
She didn’t give me her name but here’s the lady—if she’s your barista and/or cashier, expect...
