Don't even consider buying food from this store. I had to wait 23 mins to be exact to get a piece of toast and a glass of cold coffee. This is after I told them we haven't got our food. There were 3 other customers who have already got their food when we arrived so essentially no one was waiting. When I went to the till, there were 4 staff members - 3 of them were eating on the floor and acted unbothered when I complained. They checked my receipt to see the time I ordered and didn't even apologised they missed my order. One of them then made a subpar and very compressed piece of toast. Terrible service that almost made me miss my flight. I waited 10 minutes for my order with another customer, only to be rudely told by the waitress to sit down and wait for the buzzer.

After 15 minutes and no sign of my food, I saw the same waitress just standing around doing nothing. When I asked again, she suddenly realized she hadn’t even noticed my order was sent to the system. Only then did she bothered enough to start preparing it.
