This is probably the first and last time Iāll be visiting this Texas Chicken outlet in Cyberjaya unless Iām here in the middle of the night, just because itās open 24 hours.
The main issue is the playground thatās located right inside the restaurant. While itās a nice idea for families and kids to play around, the noise level is just overwhelming. The acoustics in here amplify all the sounds, so when kids are playing and having fun omitting high pitch, high volume sounds, it becomes unbearably impossible to enjoy a meal in peace. I even had to cover my ears with my hands, which were oily from the food, and even then, it was still too loud. I tried asking the kids to quiet down, but of course, theyāre just having fun, and their parents were simply oblivious and didnāt seem to notice the disturbance to other diners. I really pitied all the othera who were trying to enjoy their meal. Parents who bring kids here. Do have some consideration for others and ask your kids to tone down if they are producing excessive noise. Have a heart and share a thought for others.
My urgent recommendation to the management would be to install glass partitions to separate the playground area from the main dining area, like other chains and places do. Until then, if youāre looking for a quiet meal, this is not the place for you. Avoid...

I was ordering take away and my order number was 335. When my number was called I went to the counter to collect my food. There was a few plastic bags there and I found one seems to be mine but without order slip or number, then I asked the guy nicely in Malay not once, but three times but he didn't even look at me. I asked him as he was the only one around at the counter at that time, and he wasn't that busy at that time. I ended up asking another guy who was busy at the back. You can verify my complain thru your CCTV. I could have just took all the packages if that is the way your staff treat your customer, and don't blame your customer if they ever do that. Utter bad attitude and disgusting by that staff. Never in my life seen such customer service in any restaurant, not even during their super peak hour. Texas HQ Malaysia should sack or suspend most of the staffs in this outlet as the service attitude in this outlet is well known to be notorious...
