worst nightmare evahhhhhhh. some of the staffs are rude. i was staying there on 14th oct until 16th oct 2018. and i will never come again. the service sucks! had to wait for a very long time just to check in. on 15th oct, during breakfast, a waitress i guess (indian lady in white uniform with apron) was rude to my mother. i dont mean to be racist but that pissed me off!!!!! she raised her voice. she asked whether we've payed for breakfast or not and refused to let us having breakfast (padahal dah bayar). the receptionist during that day 15th oct 2018 also problematic. we payed for 3 person for breakfast but then the receptionist said we only pay for 2 person. i asked him to double check the system cause dah bayar kot???? helloo???? then he said oh ya for 3 person WITHOUT SAY SORRY. i dont mind but everyone else in the lobby is looking at us? what do you think? i would like to meet the manager but i dont want to make trouble. the way the receptionist and the waitress talked to us was really mean like i dont have money to pay for the service. its upsetting to have such a nice beautiful hotel but some staffs really act like that.

one more thing, before we left the hotel on 16th oct 2018, the receptionist dont even mentioned about the deposit. luckily i thought about the deposit and ask him. he later refund the deposit. when we gave him the room key, he asked us to wait because they want to check room first then only we can leave. not sure whether they thought we are thief or something. i dah selalu stay hotel but thats the first time kena tunggu untuk check bilik and that time memang ramai orang in the lobby. cannot imagine and explained how embarrassing that moment was for us? looked like a pencuri cause everyone is looking at us.

The room is nice how ever .. I stayed here more than a week .. There's a lot of things that bothers me and makes me upset .. First the housekeeping, how to say this .. This is the worst housekeeping for hotel that i ever experience , they just make the bed and change towels And they dont do any extra and the one of house keeper sounded me why i dont turn off the fan ??!! What ???wait ? ?am i n the school hostel??? And dont forget the breakfast lady .. She scolded my daughter infront of me .. I dont pay you to scold my kids which my daughter just got in her way and she said " adik !! Tepi sikit boleh tak ?!" ( kid!', can you step a side or not "? For person who works in hotel thats totally disrespectfull and ofcause not a even a smile .. Such a snoobish and rubbish lady .. And i have baby and i requested a baby court .. They said is not available but as i roaming around .. I saw the baby court ..( i dont know wether is broken or not) Which for this more than a week my daughter sleep in a couch .. There's a lot more .. I do not recommend at all for persons plan to stay more than two days .. As for manager please take care of your staff and sometimes you need replace with someone is beneficial for your business and not Squashing water .. Too bad i was planning to stay for a month here and upgrade but .. Your staff seems to be incompetence and rude .. So i conclude that it is not good hotel for family and for short...

Room (Executive Deluxe): The bed was comfortable They provide good quality linen and pillows The lounge area was very spacious, but the set up was weird. It looked more like an office than a lounge. The armchairs in the lounge area weren’t comfortable. The floor wasn’t clean When you pay $70 a night, I don’t expect the hotel to charge 10 RM if I want more coffee, tea, creamer or sugar. Rating: 3/5

Bathroom: The shower water pressure was okay, but the temperature, even with the heater turned on for 30 mins wasn’t great. Rating: 3/5

Facilities: They have a nice, small, well equipped gym. Rating: 4/5

Value for Money: Considering the location and all of the above feedback, I don’t believe the room I booked was worth $70. Rating: 3/5
