A&W Cyberjaya — Restaurant in Sepang

I always love A&W as it brought back memories and great food. But somehow the quality of food and services are quickly dwindling as observed here in this restaurant. A&W is a fast food restaurant but it was along queue for food here. It was more than 25 minutes after my order was taken and paid and the food is not ready. I began to inquire and I saw that the prepared food was already overflowing to the brim. It is obvious that the problem lies with the frontliners who are slow in serving the food. They kept looking at the screen and could not remember the items in the menu. For example, I ordered the Box B and the guy just kept looking at the screen to see the items and placing them one by one on the tray. And the cashier is also serving food. I can see that the food preparers are faster than the food got served to customers. This points out to the probably, lack of training and incompetent management. Should you want fast food to be served and you are pressed for time, do not come...

Worst A&W I've ever been. Slow and bad service. Been lied by the cashier. I came here for the root beer promotion and apparently you need to make purchase with purchase to get the promo price. No fine print stating about that extra purchase in the flyer. Before ordering I asked what is the ready and available meal because it's already late and I just finished my evening run. The lady at the cashier said burgers are ready...and so I made the order at 7.47pm. after made the payment the lady said, please wait as we have other orders still in que! What?? To my surprise, my number was 390 and the current number at that time was 360! they even took 15 minutes to move the number to 363!! I decided to go back home to take a bath and do my evening prayer. Come back here at 8.40pm and the number was 377. Oh my god...how slow can this be? All of these people in the photos are still waiting for their orders. Came in today to buy the 5 pieces chicken but was told that we had to wait for it as it has a long q for the chicken. we decided to order only a waffle and a float and we ASKED beforehand if we had to wait for the waffles as well. The staff said no as the que is only for the chicken. So we should be able to get the waffles early right? But ofc no, we ended up waiting for over half an hour for a waffle. When i confronted the staff about the wait time reminding him that HE TOLD ME that I wouldnt have to wait long for the waffles, he basically dismisses what he just said earlier and told me that i have to wait for my order number’s turn in order to get my waffles. I wouldnt be mad and I wouldnt even ordered the waffles in the first place if he just have told me that the wait time would be just the same in the first place.
