I waited for 45 mins leave without eating & AND I'M FASTING) for a damn plate of pasta only to be asked "You order apa?" WTH? after 30 mins of waiting (after I went straight asking where's my order, you can't even tracked my simple order. Literally only 4 tables currently dining in the shop (all currently eaten), only I'm the one that waiting (LITERALLY JUST ONE TABLE and it took 45 damn minutes?). I can clearly see food delivery rider in and out, take out their order, BUT STILL MY 1 DAMN PASTA NOT EVEN IN SIGHT.

Salute to the Manager. I had a trouble of wrongly mistaken the delivery and self-pick up option in Foodpanda. The food was ready for 20mins and the restaurant contacted me to remind me to pick up the food. Then I realised I’ve made the mistake. Tried to contact Foodpanda for help. They rejected me point blank. Even when I explained I’m pregnant and can’t drive to collect. The owner of PDJ however offered to assist. The food was sent to my door within 15 mins. Without any charge!!! How kind!

The food is delicious and presentable. Big portion too! My kids finished it all.

Will definitely support an honest and customer- friendly resto as PDJ. Will definitely be our fav resto from now on.
